The site is unique, a preserved place, set in a pine forest that descends gently to a little pleasure port on the sea.

300 dwellings are inserted terrace-like into the landscape. The terraces are formed of traditional stone walls known as “bancales” that merge with the natural topography. A continuous layer of plantings covers the entire site.

Each apartment is unique and offers framed views toward the mountains and the sea. The apartments are cross ventilated to capture the sea breezes. Spa facilities covered by light tent structures are set into the pine forest. In the pleasure port, small shops are set into the jetty behind large overhead doors.

The hotel dominates the site like a fortress overlooking the sea.
